Twenty-nine patients (52%) presented soft tissue abnormalities, and seventeen (30%) presented bony abnormalities. The patients with a clinical diagnosis of Chiari I malformation had no malformation on CT or US. The US findings corresponded to Chiari II, whereas the CT findings suggested Chiari I malformation.
