Video overlays aside, text is the single most-used tool in Photoshop. You can modify, cut, copy, and paste text in all sorts of ways. You can also change the colors, alignment, and formatting of the text. In addition, you can duplicate text, create words, and even crop and rotate text frames. Text Tools also provide you with dozens of predesigned text and design effects that you can use to enhance your images, add special effects, and make your photos stand out.
# Creating Text
To create text in Photoshop, you have many options. You can create and edit text directly in Photoshop or in a graphics program like Adobe Illustrator or InDesign. When you open a document containing text, you’re presented with a set of tools that help you create text or modify existing text and its properties. Depending on the size of the text, you may be able to edit the text directly in the canvas or to work with a text box or a text frame. For large text, you’ll usually want to create a frame for the text.

Well, i’ve been a busy man, i barely had time to do all the things i’ve planned for this summer.So, it’s time to get back on the horse, with a good mind set and continue my crypto journey with PGP as my first encryption/decryption technology.
Summer is more then a term that’s in the dictionary,it’s a great time to do something in the things that you’re passionate about, and that’s what i was planning to do for this summer.
I’ll be listing all the things that i’ve done over the past months, check out my summer blog entry as there are even more projects in the pipeline.

Well, it has been a while since my last blog entry, and i apologize for the reason to you.
Before i dive into the other points, i just wanna say that i’ll try to post more entries on Crypto,Encryption,PGP,Decryption, etc to keep you more updated on what’s happening with the various Crypto technologies.
For all the newbies out there who wants to get a basic understanding of PGP and its usage, please check out my PGP tutorial.If you’re having any problems with your PGP, or just wanna chat, you can check out my PGP forum.
I’ve been working on the web site i’ve been working on for some time, i’ll be posting more about it as i get time to implement it.
Crypto.org, the public domain PGP crypto site is still being worked on.After the final release of my PGP tutorial, that’ll be next on the list.
There are even more projects in the pipeline and that includes the next demo/tutorials, and that’s where i need some time to get them going.

Inhibition of mammalian steroid 5α-reductase type 2 by nanocrystalline bis(2-naphthyl)methane.
A range of bisphenols and 4,4′-bisphenol are typically used as specific inhibitors of the steroid 5α-reductase (5α-R) enzymes of the human prostate. While chemical profiling suggested that there is negligible species differences in 5α-R inhibition activity among humans and other mammalian 5α-R2, mammalian 4,4′-bis(2-naphthyl)methane (CAS9948-31-8) inhibition activity had not been confirmed. In this study, we show that the nanocrystalline bis(2-naphthyl)methane (CAS9948-32-7) at a concentration of 100 μM completely inhibited human prostate type 5α-R2 activity, with IC50s of 50.4 ± 13.5 and 94.9 ± 37.9 μM in membrane and cytosolic fractions, respectively. In contrast, nanocrystalline bis(2-naphthyl)methane at a concentration of 1 mM had no effect on the corresponding 5α-R2s from the rat, mouse, and rabbit prostate and 5α-reductase type 1 from the rat liver. The change in the size of the nanocrystalline bis(2-naphthyl)methane particles was observed by using transmission electron microscopy. These data suggest that the crystal structure and particle size of bis(2-naphthyl)methane are important factors for binding to 5α-R2.
