In 2004, the company began shipping the F250 headphones which replaced the original headphones. Improvements to the B350 headphones were released in 2007. Sony continued to release updates throughout 2008 as the product line was moved to the more advanced WH-1000xM2 line.
In May 2008, Sony announced the discontinuation of the B line due to high depreciation and low sales volumes. The B and Sony A models could be purchased by Sony’s « Sony Select » and the company would refurbish the items. Sony announced in early 2010 that they would no longer be offering the service. It can still be purchased directly from Sony and is an attractive alternative to Icom’s recent release of the portable 2000 series radios.
Sony continued to release more models to the line until 2012.

The present invention relates generally to an apparatus for preventing a transient voltage of a semiconductor memory device from being generated when a pre-charge operation is performed to achieve a stable operation. More particularly, the invention relates to an apparatus for preventing a transient voltage of a semiconductor memory device, which is operated at a high speed, from being generated when a pre-charge operation is performed in a refresh operation for quickly restoring data of a dynamic random access memory (DRAM).
2. Description of the Prior Art
FIG. 1 is a circuit diagram showing the general structure of a conventional pre-charge control circuit. The conventional pre-charge control circuit has a pre-charge operation in a normal operation, and is applied to a DRAM, for example.
The pre-charge control circuit includes a boost circuit 1, a sense-amp 2, a latch circuit 3, and a P-MOS transistor 4. The boost circuit 1 boosts an input voltage VPP, and generates a boosted voltage VPP higher than the input voltage VPP. The sense-amp 2 detects the boosted voltage VPP and senses the level of a voltage to reduce the voltage to the level of a logic voltage VREF, and then generates a pre-charge control signal PCGM having a level determined according to the voltage. The latch circuit 3 latches the pre-charge control signal PCGM
