In what way is the authority of the Bible derived from the Bible?
Some Roman Catholic teachings I’ve heard, (and seen in media), paint the authority of the Bible as deriving from the Bible. This seems to basically mean that whatever the Bible says, that’s how all things fall, ie. the Bible is a true « law book » which in turn gives the Bible authority.

This program is designed to compress (aka. « minimize ») images.
There are three phases:
IMComp-Quick. Quantization (what we call QI, from QUANTIZATION), Compression
IMComp-Specific. Quantization and Compression

What is Quantization?
Quantization is the process of choosing « boxes » (well, it’s not actually boxes, but rather « blocks ») of pixels to use for the least number of bits. JPEG is a « lossy » compression format. That means that to compress your pictures you have to « lose » information. To retain as much information as possible, we set these « boxes » to be as small as possible.
When the data is outputted, it will be in the smallest size possible, in this case JPEG.
How?
We first quantize the image using multiple passes. This is called « rounding » the image. When you run the program, you will see the quantization process. It usually takes about a second.
After this quantization step, we compress the image.
Why?
Quantization is very CPU intensive. This is because it’s iterating through each « block » of data to decide which bits are least necessary.
Why a custom quantization?
The default quantization is not very good. That’s why you have to « round » the image a few times.
What about lossy compression?
Quantization is done using a method called « rounding ». The first stage is rounding, the second stage is QI, and the third stage is compressing the data. You can skip the first stage, and go directly to the third.
And yes, it is possible to use Paint.NET. In fact it’s the default method for JPEGs in Paint.NET.
Why?
Because Paint.NET knows how to quantize, round, and compress pictures.
Why should we use IMComp?
Because it is much more faster to compress pictures this way. Also, IMComp tries to compress different pictures, and compresses them all at the same time.
Why not using JPEGs?
The first is that JPEGs are not lossless.
The second is that JPEGs are not lossless.
