Dock TaskMeter to any edge of any monitor, or put it inside your taskbar. It behaves exactly like any other « desk band » (aka explorer toolbar or taskbar toolbar) on the system.
TaskMeter supports multiple graphs, with multiple lines, and user-definable colors and font settings. XML data files make it easy to automate or deploy throughout an enterprise, and low resource consumption ensures you’ll get accurate data.
Limitations:

TaskMeter is a tool I developed many years ago for myself, for processing statistics of my applications. I use it for program development at work, where I have a lot of programs (otherwise I just use a paper and pen and make graphs to do the same thing, but I just might not make it as often, so I wanted a better solution). In home use, I just use it when I want to know something about the system, and then I can just graph it with another tool that gathers graphs from different places on the system (Bellsurf, System Monitor, Ollydbg, Regshot, my desktop software of choice, etc) and add them together in a nice overview.
There are some other tools for gathering system stats (CPUMonitor, CPU Usage, Process Monitor), that do much more than I need, so I just wanted to make a tool that gathered the basic stats that I want and I have a need for it.
Some of the features I have in the product are, graphs of: RAM usage, keystrokes and mouse movements, calls to APIs, system calls to APIs, system memory usage, Disk I/O time usage, CPU usage, disk I/O usage, Win32k API calls, network traffic (especially DNS), network traffic (especially Internet traffic), network traffic (PING), etc… It supports multiple display modes for the graphs, which include the ability to display multiple graphs at once, and to dynamically change the size of the graphs (so you can have a big graph of RAM usage and a small graph of RAM usage all at once). It can also graph for multiple CPUs and multiple machines, on a network, etc.
