7Log is a simple to use, yet very powerful program that allows you to change the login screen background of your Windows 7. It installs the correct registry files, creates the necessary folders and sends your favorite .jpg images to become your login screen background. And if you want the original login back, its just a click away.
But what makes this program better than any proprietary(i.e you have to pay for) program you can find, is that this program is open sourced! And programmers are free to edit the program any way they wish as long as they give me credit for the original coding.
Get 7Log and take it for a spin to fully assess its capabilities!

How to check for pending register notifications with NotificationObserver?
This is a follow up question to Permission callback getting fired multiple times in NotificationObserver [duplicate].
I still struggle with PendingRegister method of NotificationObserver.
I see that the method has an argument emitter (emitter), but I don’t know how to use it in a proper way.
What I am trying to do is set up a NotificationListenerService which listens for any pending register notifications and then sets the lock screen and enables Push Notifications for an app which is already registered in the user’s device.
I have a service registerService(Context context, String packageName) which checks if the app has been installed in the system and creates notification listeners if it hasn’t.
PendingRegisterNotification notification = null;
emitter = new WeakReference(emitter);
registerService(context, intent.getStringExtra(EXTRA_PACKAGE_NAME));
if (emitter.get()!= null) {
notification = new PendingRegisterNotification(intent.getStringExtra(EXTRA_PACKAGE_NAME));
