Git ignoring some folders in Ubuntu
I’m using Ubuntu 14.04 and there are some folder (virtual) git-ignored. On Windows it works fine with gitignore — recursive –ignore-case. But on Ubuntu git doesn’t ignore them.
I tried to force the ignore with git rm –cached, git reset –ignore-unmatch and git add –force.
I’m not using other version control system. git-update-index –refresh doesn’t help.
