The question of how you design a user interface is crucial when you have an idea for an app to create. It's needless to say that it's important to have a vision in mind — designing the layout, translating that into a cohesive whole, while not sacrificing form over function — because that's how the users will be interacting with your software.
Working on a mockup before designing the app would help iron out some inconsistencies you may otherwise not notice. Applications designed to help you with this exist, and some are easy to pick up and use right away. Balsamiq Wireframes is intuitive and efficient — it provides you with enough tools to aid you in creating a mockup for your user interface.
Very user-friendly
Perhaps this app's users can learn a thing or two from its user interface. It's easy to comprehend and use, and you immediately know some of its core capabilities at first glance.
There's a blank canvas in the center and a navigator menu at the top. Upon dragging in an element from the navigator, clicking it will open up an additional menu, on the right part of the layout, with which you're able to customize what's been added. You can resize them, change the text font, and even add in your images.
To further the functionality and convenience, Wireframes To Go is an option that offers even more templates and elements over the ones you initially get with the app. These elements are all user-made and the library is ever-growing.
A lot of options
The UI parts you can use for your mockup are plentiful: they're each grouped in specific categories, mostly based on their shape. You have elements that resemble the ones commonly used on Android and iOS, and then you have them arranged by shape.
For example, you can drag and drop a fully editable Android alert box popup, as well as an iOS version. There's a lot of variety to be found in those menus: you can even add an iOS on/off switch icon to your UI, a date picker, volume slider, and progress bar from Android, and many others. It helps that you can rotate and skew them however you want, and the process is easy enough that you only have to drag and drop them in.
In conclusion, Balsamiq Wireframes can help you design a UI mockup with ease, and it cannot be overstated how simple and satisfying it is to use. On a more unrelated note, the app can even give you cooking suggestions, available under the "Help" menu by clicking on "What Should I Make For Dinner?" — featuring recipes made by their very own team. An endearing touch, for sure.

I’m not really a fan of wireframing tools but I’m fan of Mockflow.
Mockflow is a very easy to use cross platform wireframing and prototyping tool for mobile, Web and Desktop apps. It supports different technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Adobe XD and more.
Mockflow is based on the premise that wireframing for mobile should be fun and simple.
As a prototype tool, it features vector and shape design capabilities.
Mockflow supports a workflow that allows you to go from wireframe to working prototype. You can prototype your UI mock-ups on any device, by keeping your HTML/CSS and sketch files separate.
Mockflow is web-based so your prototype is online and shareable in realtime with your team, without the need for software.
Moreover, Mockflow is currently free for up to 10 screens. Plus there are a couple of Mockflow pro plans like Mobile first 3D and Mobile first immersive.

Mockflow is a very nice tool. It is not expensive, so I recommend to try it. It is a tool for a quick wireframe and prototype, but you can do a lot more with it, if you want to.
It is a cross-platform and cross-browser tool, so it works fine in modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox and Safari. It also can use Chrome Extensions, so it is no problem at all to have it running in your browser on any machine or any operating system.
Mockflow uses the latest web technology HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery, so even if you have no experience in any of the mentioned technologies, you can use it comfortably. To get some more information about this, click here.
You can create UI/UX mockups, wireframes, real prototypes and interactive prototypes in a few seconds.
Furthermore, you can share your mockups on your computers, on mobile devices and in the cloud. There is no need for any programs or plugins.

A user-friendly wireframing tool. Develop intuitive wireframes by simply dragging, resizing, and connecting elements. Convenient navigator for quick swapping between details.
Pros:
User-friendly
Easy to use
Plenty of elements
Cons:
Inexperienced users will struggle with the app’s interface, especially the elements they can drag around.
(emphasis mine)
On a side note, if your app needs to be cross-platform, there are some additional tools out there to help you create a mockup for your UI. Google Drawings for iPad and Google Visualization API help you create charts, while Scenebuilder helps you with UI mockups. In addition, Scenic is a very clean visual editor, but it’s missing some of the features of the other apps, and you won’t get the checkerboard background. If you don’t have much experience with UI designs, then maybe take a look at some of those apps before you begin creating your own.

This may be too personal, but I use a sketch app on my iphone. I am an artist by trade and still dabble in coding. However, the sketch app is on the free side of things and very easy to use. Sketch comes with wireframes and the process is very similar to the wireframe you are drawing. Its a minimalist sketch app to the point of not have a back button. You can make it behave any way you want, and if you get it to the point that your get rid of all the elements, you can publish it to the web and create wireframes of any app.
You can learn more about the sketch process, the developer and app on the developer site:

My Opinion:
It is a great app to create a mockup of a UI. It has a lot of options to make a mockup of the interface. It is user-friendly. You will be able to change the appearance of the widget.

Analysis of liposarcomas subtypes with clinical and molecular data.
Liposarcoma is the most common soft tissue sarcoma. There are three main subtypes, namely, myxoid, lipoma-like, and dedifferentiated. We aimed to analyze the clinicopathologic and molecular features of liposarcomas. Clinical records of 150 patients with liposarcomas were retrospectively reviewed. Some clinical and histopathologic features were compared with the subtypes of liposarcomas. Molecular studies of 45 patients were performed using multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification. Patients with dedifferentiated liposarcoma were more likely to have the tumor in the lower limb (P =.018) and a bigger size (P =.001). The two most common myxoid and lipoma-like subtypes were associated with nonaxial location (P =.000), small size (P =.000), female sex (P =.000), and a red-red-blue lipoma-like appearance (P =.000). The dedifferentiated liposarcomas were associated with large size (P =.000),
