LAYERS. The basic layer concept in Photoshop is easy to understand. Creating a new layer means you create a new piece of paper over your current one. Now if you do this with a photograph, you add a new layer that’s completely transparent, just like the real thing would be.

THE PILOT LAYER. Each image has one type of layer called the _pilot layer_. It’s the actual image. The other three layers are:
* The first layer is the _background layer_. It adds a solid color to the image that you can use as a background.
* The next layer is the _foreground layer_. It adds color or detail to the image.
* The third layer is the _layer above the layer below_, which overlays the image’s foreground on top of the image’s background. This creates the effect of the background color or image appearing over the foreground and is used for borders and other effects.
The « Pilot » Layer
Adobe Photoshop currently has four layers with the name Pilot and Pilot Expert, but older versions of Photoshop had only one. The first two layers, the background and the foreground, are called _pilot layers_.
A third layer, the _below_ layer, combines the background color or image with the image’s foreground color or image. This third layer is called the _below_ layer.
The last layer is the _layer above_, which overlays the image’s foreground on top of the image’s background. This creates the effect of the background color or image appearing over the foreground

#2 – Create a Windows Installer for Photoshop Elements

Select Install Photoshop Elements in Windows and click Next.
Choose where to install the application. You can choose Desktop, Start Menu, or any other location that suits you.
Click Next.
When the installation window appears, click Accept.
After the installation, you can start the Photoshop Elements from the start menu:
If you want to remove the application, you can use the Add/Remove Programs.
You are done with installing the Photoshop Elements.
#5 – Install the Photoshop Elements Manually
Open the folder that contains the.wim package.
Copy the installed Photoshop Elements folder to the desktop.
Open Windows explorer and copy the folder that contains the.wim package and paste it to the desktop.
Now double click the.wim package to install the application.
When the installation window appears, choose the location to install the application.
Click Next.
If you want to uninstall the application, click Remove.
Click Next.
Clicking Next will restart the application.
#6 – Run Photoshop Elements in Windows Start Menu
Click Start and type « Photoshop » in the search bar.

How can I fix this error?

When you read the input, it is a double. Convert it to an int, and you’ll be fine.
double percentage = (int) (seconds / 100.0);
Converting the double to an int will cause it to lose precision, because no number can have an infinite decimal portion. You can consider « rounding it down », or specify a larger integer before dividing.
