Cannot get the window to appear.

Open the Crypturn program and hit the » » hotkey.
When the « Crypturn » window appears, hold down the Ctrl key while clicking on the crypturn hotkey.
The crypturn icon should now appear in the task bar at the bottom left of your screen.
On Windows 8 with a mouse click the crypturn icon in the task bar and then click « Full Screen ».
