Attack & Cast is a system where the actions of the Attack and Cast moves can be performed simultaneously. When the cooldown is about to expire, you will be able to use the Cast, and will be able to use the attack action up to once per second.
Dual Wielding is a system where you can wield two different weapons. You can switch between the weapons at any time, and your weapons will automatically be replaced when you equip a new weapon.
