FIFA 22 introduces Smart Breakers that predict and react to attacks, too. Defenders adjust their positioning, make runs and intercept passes while the attack takes the field. CLL trial finds chimeric antigen receptor T cells can improve survival in patients with aggressive B-cell malignancies

Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies, which recently demonstrated remarkable efficacy in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), may soon be available for blood cancers of non-lymphoid lineage that exhibit a more limited spectrum of antigen target, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).

These findings were published online on Oct. 4 in Nature Medicine.

You also get to create memorable team tactics to play with in Trickshot – the new in-game version of the popular form-and-tackling tactic shootout.

The Trainers and Draft screens have undergone a significant upgrade, making for a more intuitive and better-looking experience. You’re also given the chance to set the themes you play your team in, for a personalised approach.

Overall, it’s a great year for FUT, and the more difficult options also take you a step closer to being an FUT Captain.

Why I’m Rated This Way

· The game is seriously lacking a ‘growth mode’. This is a game that is all about the struggle for prestige. There are no easy routes to success. Even if you are lucky enough to start ‘up’, you are never truly’set up’.

·This is a FUT experience, so for those who will enjoy it, it is a little hit or miss. A lot of people will have to ‘play around’ with it to get the right balance of build/chemistry/studio and to help with the match engine. But there are also some players out there like myself who will spend the rest of their lives sifting through the player database, and missing out on some ‘classic’ talent.

·Once you have some experience, the player-feel becomes significantly less feel good and more casual. This is a multiplayer experience for the most part, but a lot of people are expecting a single-player experience in the same vein as FIFA 17. However, the AI is still pretty limited in game design, which is a real shame.

·The game is a little more about managing clubs to win trophies, rather than winning trophies (do they even exist? I’ve never seen one!…) or having fun with a lot of matches. The matches can be entertaining, but some of the build kits are a little too generic for my liking. The weather and pitch conditions are sometimes off, and the fact that it only takes into account goalkeeper positioning, when setting up the match, is a little underwhelming.
