Streaming online shopping site Amazon will feature a curated selection of albums from the four-time Grammy Award winner on its recently overhauled MP3 storefront.
Amazon MP3, a part of Amazon’s digital music store, launched last month but had few albums of public concern on its website.

Rather than relying on social-networking services like Facebook or Twitter, XDRA uses actual music data and user-generated “social-graph knowledge” to learn a person’s musical tastes.
The idea is that you share the music you’re listening to with your friends, and your friends (who you are friends with on Facebook, or are friends with and follow on Twitter) can then listen to the stuff you listen to.
This is based around the idea that there are people in your social graph who listen to similar music and want to discuss it with each other.

MP3Gain is a multifunction MP3 and WAV file gainer and volume reducer that can adjust the sound level of individual MP3 and WAV files.
MP3Gain acts as a volume reducer because it analyzes individual tracks (and albums) to determine what average loudness they should be played at. A volume of 1.0 is « normal » for the average level of the track or album. MP3Gain matches the volume to this level.

Creating a custom profile is not an extensive operation, but it does involve
some knowledge of the iGain UI.
