I am writing a reusable angular directive that is a wrapper around an existing controller. This directive is used with the following syntax:
where is the directive and when used creates a new controller with the same interface as the existing one and hooks itself up, removing the need to use jqlite.
The issue I am having is a new ng-click event is created for each new instance of my-value. I’m pretty sure I can remove this using a method similar to the $compile service, but I’m thinking there is a better way to do this.
Is there a way to create a new directive with the same reusablity and functionality using this method?
