I’d like to find a way to get the name of the songs I’m using in my app so I can use it in conjunction with code I’ve made to affect the music. How would I go about getting the text of a UILabel and then converting it to a NSString so I can work with it?

If you want to get the name of song as you play it. Then use the AudioPlayerDelegate
Play a song without media controls
Refer to the documentation to add a delegate to your audio player, and override the
– (void)audioPlayerDidFinishPlaying:(AVAudioPlayer *)player successfully:(BOOL)flag
method. Look for the bpm in the player object. That is the name of the song.
