Program to generate announcements from the WX data files generated by M2M Software’s ‘USA’s WX Station’ or ‘Davis Weather Monitor II’.
This program has been created to allow the easy rendering of announcements from these two stations.
It is also able to render announcements from other stations that are compatible with M2M Software’s software ‘USA’s WX Station’ or ‘Davis Weather Monitor II’.
It can be used as a stand alone application or as an assistant for M2M Software’s USA’s WX Station or Davis Weather Monitor II software.
It generates announcements for the selected weather station using the selected WX data file.
If no WX data file is loaded it falls back to a default file which is used by the program until a WX data file is loaded.
The announcements generated are output to the sound card of the computer and are intended to run on an 8 or 16 channel repeater.
If you are unable to use the announcements generated then please contact the station that you are using the WX data files.

This study showed that approximately 10% of HIV-positive patients in Pakistan were not on ART. This is much higher than the 5.9% that was reported by the National AIDS Control Programme (NACP) \[[@CR2]\]. This may be because most of these clinics that were studied were brought under the stewardship of the Sindh AIDS Control Program (SACP) in 2012 \[[@CR26]\]. The study also showed that tuberculosis and drug resistance (most common being NNRTI-based resistance) were the two most common comorbidities seen in this setting. This was consistent with reports from developed countries, where these two comorbidities are also the most common comorbidities observed in patients with HIV \[[@CR27]\].
This study showed that patient characteristics were associated with an increased risk of nonadherence to ART. The unadjusted analysis showed that patients who reported being younger in age, male, unmarried, lacked a fixed income, and those who had a good level of health education were less likely to have good adherence to ART. These findings are similar to what has been reported in previous studies \[[@CR28]–[@CR31]\].
Subsequent multivariable analysis showed that older age, male sex, lack of formal education, lack of a fixed income, lower level of health education, TB comorbidity, and positive attitude towards ART were associated with nonadherence to ART. In Pakistan, marriage is common among the rural population. According to the sociocultural context, unmarried patients are often at higher risk of nonadherence. Unmarried women can also start ART late because of the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS. Poor health literacy and misconceptions about the use of ART may limit adherence in women \[[@CR30], [@CR32], [@CR33]\]. Additionally, adverse reactions to ART may affect the attitude of the patients. Several adverse events such as anaemia, rash, dizziness, and infections have been reported in patients on ART \[[@CR28
